Equipment is expected to ship within 5-10 days of receiving Sales Order payment via Wire, ACH or online RBC to RBC banking transfer. Direct Deposit over the counter at any RBC branch is the best option if paying by cheque in order to avoid any mail delays. Please reference the Sales Order number when making payment and email remittance to partners@mpowersolutions.ca.
Adequately trained personnel must be present during delivery to receive, inspect and handle Powerwalls.
Any obvious/significant damage must be noted on the delivery driver's paper work. Pictures the paperwork and damaged equipment are to be emailed to MPOWER within 24 hours of delivery.
If damage is extreme do not accept delivery. Simply take pictures of the damaged equipment and contact MPOWER immediately.
While best efforts will be made to schedule delivery appointments, we cannot guarantee that the equipment will arrive on the requested date and time due to weather, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. For this reason we typically recommend taking delivery at your warehouse/place of business to minimize any inconvenience to customers and your installation crews.
